Current and recent projects include:
- research review and strategic advice to inform Action for Children's work on neglect
- research looking at arrangements to support the interface between local authority child protection and acute hospital trusts - part of the programme of work of the Department of Health children's policy research unit
- working with NICE and SCIE to produce guidelines on preventing, reducing and responding to domestic violence
- a strategic review of support for research utilisation by the legal professions in child care and family law work
- a seminar on policy and practice in children's mental health and wellbeing, part of the Institute of Psychiatry's international summer school on mental health
